Role Purpose: The Talent and Culture Manager is responsible for delivering the Global CRO Talent & Performance agenda and contributing to IHGs global talent strategy. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders to implement performance and talent practices, build strong talent pipelines, and foster an inclusive culture. The position also focuses on organizational development initiatives and managing change effectively within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent and Performance Management: Support HRBPs in managing performance and talent cycles for Corporate and Global Marketing/C&T. Implement global talent strategies, ensuring strong development plans for key talent, and collaborate on global talent projects with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT).
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Develop and implement Regional DE&I plans and programs, support regional DE&I councils and Affirmative Action plans, and collaborate with Global Talent on DE&I work streams.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Support regional and global talent boards, focusing on critical roles and building talent pipelines. Develop frameworks for talent pipeline and career propositions in Marketing.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with the Global Talent & Diversity team to shape company-wide Talent and Diversity strategies. Implement global and regional corporate learning and leadership programs.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption. Develop and implement change management strategies that align with the organizations goals and culture. Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders during periods of change.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Build strong relationships with HRBPs and leaders to deliver talent and performance agendas. Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles and talent solutions.
  • Strong understanding of talent and performance frameworks and the ability to leverage them to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results efficiently.
  • Experience in change management, including developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent coaching skills and the ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to form insights and identify opportunities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with best practices in talent management.
