We are looking for a Billing Associate to join our Revenue Billing team. The role will support Revenue billing team who is responsible for the accuracy and timely production of a high volume of invoices with values in the millions each month; Management of customer master data is pivotal to the successful billing to the correct Customer. Constant updates are required to this process with the amendment of information and creation/extension of new customers which billing associates role will be mainly responsible for.

What will you do as a Billing Associate?

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring customers are invoiced efficiently and on time
• Maintaining our customer master data
• Verify and assist in processing manual invoice requests
• Bill multi-currency fees globally
• Updating and reviewing our standard operating procedures
• Set up new and maintain customer accounts

Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would also be essential:

• Proven experience in sales ledger management, including master-data processes, fee input, and invoice handling.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changes in processes, policies, and timelines.
• Strong numeracy skills (especially in Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to question, investigate, and follow processes.

Note: This role will be supporting UK working hours.
