TPPSI - who we are

Terranova Philippines Support Services Inc. ("TPSSI") was formed to support our UK-based partner, GetGround. GetGround is a well-funded and values-driven business with the purpose of making the world fairer and more productive by making investing in high value assets like real estate more accessible. What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in any 4-year course
• <1 year of work experience (fresh graduates welcome!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail
• Willing to work out of our Makati office, 5 days per week

What you will do:

• Review client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Accurately and efficiently encode data onto computer systems
• Effectively track progress on assigned tasks
• Report any issues or inconsistencies to team leader
• Collaborate with team members in the UK to verify data accuracy
• Suggest improvements to the process

What to expect from the job interview process:

• Round One: We will review your application when it comes in and if we think there is a fit, you will be contacted for a first round interview. Please note, you may receive a call from a UK-based number.
• Round Two: You will be asked to complete a quick, 30 minute task to demonstrate your skills.
• Round Three: You will be invited for a final round interview and if successful, we will proceed to the job offer stage.

We expect that this process will take no more than 2 weeks.
