Media Buyer

Do you love crafting social media ads that get results? Were looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team!

In this role, youll be the social media advertising mastermind behind our e-commerce clients social paid media campaigns, turning clicks into conversions and driving sales.

What will you do?

• Youll develop and manage winning social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others (experience with a wider variety is a plus!).

• Youll be a whiz at analyzing data to see how the ads are performing and make adjustments to get the most sales for your budget.

• Youll research who the ideal customer is for each campaign and use smart targeting options to reach them on social media.

• Youll craft compelling ad copy and visuals that grab attention and convince people to learn more about our clients products.

• Youll keep a close eye on how the campaigns are performing, analyze data, and make changes to maximize the return on investment (ROI).

• Youll stay on top of the latest social media advertising trends and best practices to ensure our clients campaigns are cutting-edge.

• Youll create clear reports to show stakeholders how the campaigns are performing and the impact theyre having on the business.

Youll collaborate with the marketing team to make sure the social media ads work seamlessly with other marketing efforts.

Requirements

You might be the one we are looking for if you…

-Have 2+ years of experience in Social Media Ads

-Have experience with media buying platforms, including Meta Ads

-Have experience working in the B2B or B2C home and garden industry

-Have experience in Programmatic Ads (not required, but a plus!)

-Have strong time management skills and attention to detail.

-Are fluent in English both speaking and writing

-Are comfortable on the phone talking to different clients

-Very detail oriented, please include the phrase “Social Media Ads Pro” in your CV or letter

-Can work in EST (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)

-Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities
