About the role
As an AWS Sales Representatives you will engage with potential customers, educate them on AWS solutions, and convert leads into active AWS users. As a customer-facing role, youll be responsible for outreach, lead conversion, and relationship management. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals passionate about cloud technology and customer success. As a AWS Sales Representatives, you will get to:
- Conduct 45+ outbound calls per day to SMB prospects from a provided target list.
- Send 90+ emails daily to engage potential AWS customers.
- Qualify leads and set up 5+ meetings per week with decision-makers.
- Educate customers on AWS cloud solutions and help them explore migration opportunities.
- Identify pain points and tailor AWS solutions to customer needs.
- Build strong relationships and drive 100 new AWS account sign-ups over 12 months.
- Track sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
- Provide weekly reports on calls, emails, meetings, and conversions.
- Meet or exceed KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets.
- Work closely with AWS and internal teams to refine sales strategy.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through AWS training resources.

What were looking for
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or cloud solutions (AWS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills with SMB decision-makers.
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and emails.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (or willingness to earn it).
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Familiarity with AWS services & cloud computing basics.
