Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Workforce Scheduler to manage and optimize contractor schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workforce allocation. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce trends, balance operational demands, and maintain compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage employee schedules based on business needs, availability, and workload forecasts.
  • Coordinate shift assignments, time-off requests, and workforce distribution to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor attendance, track schedule adherence, and address staffing gaps in real time.
  • Collaborate with managers to assess staffing requirements and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Use workforce management software and tools to track metrics and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and agreements (if applicable).
  • Communicate scheduling changes promptly and effectively with contractors.
  • Address scheduling conflicts, last-minute shift changes, and contractor concerns professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with workforce management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
