Job Qualifications:

  • At least Four - Seven (4-7) years solid experience
  • HR Core / Operations or HR Outsourcing experience is a must
  • Payroll experience in handling multiple geographies is preferred
  • Good knowledge of federal, state and local tax and pension regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Good Communication skills Has a flair for solutioning for employees & customers
