We are seeking a results-driven hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute Whizaras digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating targeted email campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute email marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand recognition
  • Create personalized and segmented email campaigns tailored towards the target audiences.
  • Manage content and graphics to ensure high-quality deliverables across all channels.
  • Stay on top of the market trends and needs, and build workflows to partner with sales.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, email platforms, and other marketing tools.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to refine marketing strategies, and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Lead SEO and content marketing strategies across all channels (social media, website, blogs, events etc)
  • Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading digital marketing initiatives
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization (a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
