About the Role
Were a growing CPA firm seeking a highly organized, reliable Executive Assistant to streamline day-to-day client interactions and enhance the overall client experience. If you thrive in a virtual work environment and enjoy managing communications, scheduling, and client workflows, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client email communications; respond or escalate promptly
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and Zoom meetings with clients
- Organize and maintain digital documents using our Canopy client portal, ensuring consistent file naming and folder structures
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding to-dos (e.g., document uploads, form submissions)
- Support client satisfaction by ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication
- Assist with basic admin duties to support the CPA and internal team
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience (preferably in a client-facing role)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with client management tools or document portals (e.g., Canopy, Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing tasks independently
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, calendars, and cloud-based tools
- Experience in a CPA, bookkeeping, or professional services environment is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php4.00 - Php7.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
