Fusion CX is Hiring Call Center Representatives for our Technical Account - Cebu Site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers - answer questions, solve problems and suggest appropriate workarounds
  • Understand network architecture required to support VOIP services
  • Provide quick and accurate handling of support interactions - phone, chat, screen sharing & email.
  • Apply knowledge of the companys services, VOIP technology and networking hardware and software.
  • Handle and resolve customers concerns with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism utilizing all available resources

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
