About the Company: Sagan represents a dynamic and fast-paced team in the sales and investment space. They are looking for a motivated Outbound Caller to drive engagement and appointment setting with potential investors and residents. Position Overview: The Outbound Appointment Setter will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential investors and residents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is energetic, highly motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential investors and schedule appointments. Engage with pre-qualified potential residents to coordinate meetings.

Maintain and update records of all interactions in the system. Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to improve call scripts and outreach strategies.

Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Prior experience in high-volume outbound calling or telemarketing. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups.

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a professional tone. Nice-to-Haves: A proven track record of success in appointment setting. A history of "smile-and-dial" energy with a positive attitude all day.
