Job Description Social Media Creating images and content for social media posts Uploading them after approval to our ContentCal Social media posting platform Management of comments / reviews Management of new followers. Research, Qualification and Adding them to our CRM to ensure follow up by the sales team Website management This part includes the management of a Google Sheet of product information which is to be updated for new and existing products, some tasks include, Updating product descriptions to ensure consistency of layout / text / font across the site. Updating product data sheets / Technical specifications Updating videos / also uploading and management of these in YouTube channel Uploading Product images (editing the image as required) Creating related products for all products on website Updating related product codes for the product Creating and uploading Blogs and content - once every couple of months New product banners as required Liaising with Web Development company about other changes that we are unable to make as its on Web Ninja Ecommerce platform not all access and permissions we are able to work with.
