Job Description

As a TikTok Affiliate Program Management Associate, you will play a critical role in managing and scaling our brands affiliate marketing efforts on TikTok. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partnershipsto drive brand awareness and sales. You will work across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration between affiliates, marketing, and operations. Your expertise in social commerce, influencer partnerships, and performance tracking will be key to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators who align with the brands target audience.
• Manage outreach efforts via TikToks Affiliate Marketplace and direct creator engagement.
• Develop and implement a structured tiered activation program that incentivizes content creation and sales.
• Oversee affiliate onboarding, providing training, content guidelines, and product education.

Affiliate Performance & Content Optimization

• Track affiliate-generated content performance, analyzing views, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Provide affiliates with best practices, content guidelines, and creative support to improve performance.
• Boost high-performing affiliate content through TikTok Spark Ads and paid promotions.
• Optimize the commission structure over time, balancing incentives and profitability.

Campaign Execution & Process Management

• Coordinate product sample distribution to affiliates and track sample-to-content conversion rates.
• Implement leaderboards, gamification strategies, and incentives to retain top-performing affiliates.
• Manage weekly and monthly performance reports, recommending strategy adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Relationship & Community Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to enhance long-term collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok creators and influencers.
• Provide regular updates, educational materials, and engagement programs to keep affiliates active.

General Responsibilities (Applicable to All Team Members)

• Maintain organized workflows and documentation for program tracking.
• Identify areas for improvement in affiliate operations and implement process optimizations.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, social commerce developments, and influencer marketing innovations.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least two (2) years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital PR campaign management.
• with approximately 3-4 years experience in a related field such as ecommerce, digital marketing, PR
• Strong understanding of TikToks creator ecosystem, trends, and platform features.
• Familiarity with performance marketing, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using TikTok Ads, Spark Ads, and social commerce analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with influencers.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing TikTok affiliate programs or influencer-driven sales campaigns.
• Background in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, or social commerce industries.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and optimize campaign performance accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
