Specifics:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
  • Must have at least 6months to 1 year experience as an HR Associate.
  • Background in employee relation and documentation is a must.
  • Must be willing to work on site in Manila, near Malacañan.
  • Must be amenable to shifting schedules.
  • Must have time management skills and well organized.
  • Must be able to handle pressure and stress at work.

Roles:

  • Assist the department head in all employee relations concerns.
  • Provide suggestions in improving the company engagements in terms of activities.
  • Process all the documents such as PAN, PEF, Exit clearance of outgoing employees, and etc.
  • Create memoranda for light offenses of the employees.
  • Monitoring of attendance and tardiness of the company.
  • Updating of company plantilla.
  • Coordinate with different department for the processing of various documents.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
