• Time Range: Between 7 AM - 7 PM CST (Graveyard shift)
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
• Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and skilled Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll play a critical part in transforming architectural concepts into accurate and comprehensive drawings that support design execution and construction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork.

Job Description:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and design concepts using AUTOCAD (experience with SketchUp or Rhino is a plus)
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and stakeholders through virtual meetings, project management tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Review drawings, provide feedback and perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Present designs to clients, gather input and implement revisions as needed.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, considering energy efficiency, materials selection, and environmental impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience using AutoCAD in architectural drafting/design.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction documents, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
