Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office premises
  • Collect customers payments and distributes SOAs
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Admin Officer/Manager and/or General Manager
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and information exchange between different departments, teams, or external parties such as government and private agencies
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between stakeholders by relaying messages, distributing documents, and following up on action items
  • Compile and distribute reports, memos, and presentations to relevant parties as requested
  • Represent the organization professionally in interactions with clients, partners, vendors, and other external contacts
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Admin Officer/Manager and/or General Manager

Job Requirements:

  • College Level of any Business/Public Relations related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience (including as utility messenger)
  • With drivers license
  • Knows how to drive motorcycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Can multitask

Job Type: Full-time
