Skills and Qualifications:· Preferably Psychology or Human Resource Graduate.· With at least 5 years above experience in Human Resource field as HR Generalist/Employee Relations· Strong interpersonal and good communication skills· Amenable to report/work onsite· Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:1. Employee Engagements and employee helpdesk programs2. Managing Communication Initiatives3. Employee Staff Retention and Counseling4. Employee Engagement / Motivation and Organizational Development5. Implement Employee Retention Programs6. Coordinate induction and new hire orientation7. Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues8. Attendance and Leave Management System9. Manage and excel in all the HR helpdesk activities10. HR Weekly / MIS reports and Other task assigned by the Head HR

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
